How to prepare, submit and publish your research

Submission Guideline
  • Authors are invited to submit unpublished, original research articles, review papers, and case studies.
  • Formatting Requirements:
    • Manuscript must be in MS Word format
    • Font in English: Times New Roman, Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5
    • Font in Hindi: Krutidev Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5
    • APA (latest) citation style to be followed
  • Submission Process:
Author Warranties and Definitions
  • The work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • All authors have significantly contributed and approved the final version.
  • All sources have been appropriately acknowledged.
  • Ethical approvals have been obtained where required.
Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
  • Anusandhaniki follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
  • The journal takes plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate submissions, and unethical research practices seriously and acts accordingly if such issues are identified.
Author Responsibilities
  • Ensure that their submissions are original and properly referenced
  • Follow the journal’s formatting and submission guidelines
  • Disclose conflicts of interest
  • Cooperate with editors during the revision and review process
Dealing with Potential Misconduct
  • If suspected misconduct (e.g., plagiarism, data falsification) arises:
    • It will be thoroughly investigated by the editorial board.
    • Authors will be contacted for clarification.
    • Articles may be retracted or corrected as necessary.
    • Institutions may be informed when appropriate.
Plagiarism Policy
  • The journal uses reliable plagiarism detection software.
  • Any article showing signs of plagiarism (above acceptable thresholds) will be immediately rejected or sent back for revision.
  • Permissible Similarity Index: Maximum 10–15% (excluding references and standard terms).
  • Any proven academic misconduct may lead to blacklisting of the author(s). All submissions are screened for similarity. Thresholds:
    • 0–10% — Accepted (proceed normally).
    • 10–40% — Returned for revision / clarification (author action required).
    • >40% — Desk reject for plagiarism / similarity.
Ethical Oversight
  • All human or animal studies must include a statement of ethical approval.
  • Any suspected unethical behavior will be investigated.
  • Consent for publication should be obtained when applicable.
Intellectual Property Rights
  • Authors retain the copyright of their articles.
  • The journal and the University hold the right to publish, archive, and disseminate content digitally.
  • Proper citation is mandatory when research articles are used or referenced.
