5User Policy

  • The journal follows an Open Access Model — all articles will be available free of cost.
  • Users may download, cite, and share articles for academic purposes with proper citation.
  • Commercial use of content without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • The journal is not responsible for third-party misuse of published materials or external links.

6Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information of authors, reviewers, and readers (name, email, affiliation, etc.) will be kept confidential.
  • Data collected during submission or communication will be used only for editorial and academic purposes.
  • No personal information will be shared with external entities without consent, except when required by law.

8Retraction Policy

  • Articles may be retracted in cases of research misconduct or errors.

10Security

11Review & Maintenance

  • The website will be regularly monitored and updated by the Editorial and IT teams.
  • Incorrect or outdated information will be promptly corrected.
  • User feedback will be considered to improve functionality, design, and accessibility.

12Refund, Cancellation & Publication Policy

  • Article Processing Charges (APC): Authors are required to pay the prescribed publication fee once their article is accepted for publication.
  • GST Compliance: All fees are charged in accordance with prevailing GST rules and regulations of the Government of India. A GST invoice will be provided.
  • No Refund after Publication: Once an article has been published online/in print, no refund or cancellation of fees will be permitted.
  • Refund Conditions: If the article is rejected before publication (after peer review), the publication fee will be refunded after deducting GST and administrative charges (20%).
  • In case of duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded within 15 working days.
  • Cancellation by Author: Authors who wish to withdraw their paper after acceptance must notify the Editorial Office immediately. Withdrawal after processing will not be eligible for refund.

  • Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of published content. However, the Editorial Board of Raman Anusandhanikee is not responsible for the accuracy of data, interpretations, or conclusions in the articles. Full responsibility lies with the authors.
